You can find one of the conveniently located donation stations near grocery stores, shopping centers, and everyday stops. There are over a thousand drop-off locations!

We support three types of donation locations. Many of the drop-off locations are open 24/7. Some locations are staffed during daytime hours so an attendant can assist you in unloading your car. We also support brick-and-mortar donation centers with specific operating hours. You can find hours for each location using our interactive map.

Nope! Just bag your items, stop by when it’s convenient, and drop them off. It’s truly that simple!

Some locations are staffed, but many are self-serve. If you need assistance, look for donation stations with attendants or schedule a free home pickup. Use the filter on our map to see which locations are staffed near you.

The scheduling process is easy! You can either fill out a form online or call us to get in touch with our team—we’ll make sure your donation pickup is scheduled quickly and easily.

Yes! You’ll receive a reminder the day before your scheduled pickup.

Yes! Our home pickup service is always free—no fees, no strings. We’re here to make donating to charities easier!

Nope! Just label your bags clearly and place them outside in a safe, visible spot. We’ll handle the pickup while you go about your day.

Pickup days and times vary by area, but we’ll show you available dates during scheduling. We’re not able to offer a specific pickup time. Our drivers begin their routes at 8:00 AM and continue throughout the day until all scheduled stops are complete, usually wrapping up around 6:00 PM.

No, for safety and liability reasons, we are unable to enter homes, garages, apartments or other private spaces. Please place all donations outside and clearly visible by 8:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.

Yes, but we may need your help getting access. Be sure to include gate codes or special instructions when scheduling your pickup. Also, please let the guard know ahead of time that we are coming on your scheduled date.

We do! All donations must be placed on the ground floor in an accessible, visible spot near the main entrance. We are unable to go inside apartment buildings or up any stairs, so please ensure items are outside and ready for pickup. If needed, let your apartment manager know we’re coming on your scheduled date and include any helpful instructions when you schedule.

For large donations—like 40+ boxes or items from an organization, business, or school—please give us a call so we can coordinate the details and make proper accommodations. Oversized or unusual items? Check our donation guidelines or contact us before scheduling.

Life happens! To cancel or reschedule, just call us at least 24 hours in advance.

Make sure all items are accepted by our nonprofit partners and are in good condition for reuse.

  • Please donate items that are clean and in usable condition
  • Bag or box all items
  • Label each bag or box “DONATION”
  • Set donations by the road by 8:00 a.m. on your scheduled pickup day
  • Help protect your items from weather and pests
  • Keep donation items separate from anything you’re not donating

We appreciate your generosity and understanding. Sometimes we’re unable to accept items on behalf of our charity partners due to safety, condition, or space. We only accept items on behalf of our charity partners that meet their quality standards.

We accept clothing, shoes, accessories, home decor, kitchenware, tools, toys, small appliances, and more on behalf of our charity partners.

Yes. Some items like large furniture, hazardous materials, or damaged goods are not accepted.

Items should be gently used or like new and clean. If you’d gift it to a friend, it’s probably perfect to donate. We are not able to accept items with rips, stains, tears, mold, or damage.

Yes, please! Just throw your donations in the wash or quickly wipe them down before donating. On behalf of our charity partners, we cannot accept wet or dirty donations.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept large furniture or major appliances at this time. Please see a list of what we cannot accept on behalf of our charity partners.

We collect thousands of pounds of donations on behalf of charities every day, but we’ll do our best to locate your item. Please provide the date, time, and location as well as a detailed description of the item.

All donations are accepted on behalf of 501(c)(3) charities. These organizations then sell the items in bulk to generate essential funding.

Charities sell these items in bulk to thrift stores, where they provide affordable clothing and goods to the surrounding community. This process generates funding that helps support the charity partners’ missions. Items are recycled responsibly through reuse or repurposed into new industrial materials.

Yes! You can get a tax receipt at the time of your donation or download one online after your pickup or drop-off.

We are a service company that works closely with trusted 501(c)(3) charity partners. We handle the donation process and logistics, and the charities receive 100% of the donated items.

Yes! We’re happy to schedule a pickup after your garage sale or from a storage unit. As long as the items meet our donation guidelines and are easily accessible, we’ll take care of the rest. It’s a convenient way to clear out what’s left and support a great cause at the same time. If you have 40 boxes or more please call us so we can accommodate your pickup!
